Catherine Cawley

default-thumbCatherine Cawley is an Associate Attorney at Mary Alexander & Associates, P.C., where she represents clients in complex personal injury matters. She manages all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, discovery requests, and motions. Moreover, she assists in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Catherine also attends hearings, case management conferences, and plaintiff committee meetings, bringing both precision and dedication to every case. Her active involvement ensures that every matter is meticulously supported and that clients benefit from the strength of a collaborative and detail-driven legal team.

Catherine earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings). During law school, she was President of the Plaintiffs’ Law Association, a Senior Editor of the UC Law SF Journal on Gender and Justice and a member of the Moot Court Intercollegiate Team. She received the CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, showcasing her strong courtroom skills.

As a Clinical Student at the UC Law SF Individual Representation Clinic, she directly represented clients in wage and hour disputes, negotiating favorable settlements and collaborating with the San Francisco Labor Commissioner’s Office on complex cases.

Catherine is dedicated to client advocacy, trial preparation, and legal research, bringing her broad experience and strong leadership skills to Mary Alexander & Associates, P.C.
