Megan McNamara
Megan McNamara is an attorney at Mary Alexander & Associates, her practice primarily focuses on personal injury and sexual abuse cases. Megan’s desire to advocate for her clients truly stems from her passion to help them obtain the justice and compensation they deserve.
Megan’s previous experience as a law clerk in the San Francisco area greatly helped shape her knowledge in drafting complaints, discovery, motions and settlement agreements. While in this position she also prepared and observed mediation briefs as well as depositions. She impressively conducted more than twenty client intakes
Her educational experience consists of having graduated from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco and obtained her Juris Doctor. Before that, she studied at the University of San Diego where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psyschology and Communications Studies.
When not in the courtroom, Megan is an avid basketball player where she enjoys competing in leagues as well as participating in oral advocacy competitions. She also enjoys visiting her family’s cow farm in Ireland.
