I rate the firm ‘Highly Recommended’

By David T.

My mother was a member of an in-the-news class-action lawsuit initiated several years ago. When she became incapacitated I had to take over her affairs, including dealing with Mary Alexander & Associates, who was representing my mother. Over the course of several years (the system works slowly!) I had dozens of contacts with various members of Mary Alexander & Associates (which I’ll call ‘the firm’). Each and every contact left me with the impression that the people there were extremely intelligent, competent, and conscientious. Various decisions had to be made by me, but I never felt pushed in any direction; the situations were just clearly explained, and the decisions left to me. I live out-of-state, so all of my dealings with the firm were over the phone and by mail. This was never a problem. Paperwork from them was sent out promptly, and, when I was slow to respond, I’d receive gentle reminders that they did need to get the paperwork returned (And yes, there can be a lot of paperwork; documentation is critical to …class-action lawsuit initiated several years ago. That’s just the way it is). Thanks to the firm’s diligence and familiarity with my mother’s case they were able to negotiate a settlement that was substantially more beneficial than we were expecting; a very welcome surprise. All in all, my dealings with Mary Alexander & Associates left a very favorable impression. I rate the firm ‘Highly Recommended’.
